Some people said Siemens to sue the company of two former executives involved bribery

According to one source, the German industrial giant Siemens AG, two companies this week indicted a former senior executives.

The source said that Siemens will be indicted by the Tribunal of its former Chief Financial Officer Heinz-Joachim Neubuerger and former director of Thomas Ganswindt, in order to settle bribery scandal, and forced a number of other suspects, the company executives to resign. Both men’s lawyers did not respond to the media Sunday request for an interview.

Siemens hopes to prosecute, to Neubuerger and Ganswindt duo claims 4 million with 100 million euros. Siemens said the two men was unable to fulfill their service management responsibilities.
